ORDINANCE NO. 85-4-2667
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY BORG WARNER AIR
CONDITIONING THE SUM OF $2,930.43 FOR REPAIRS`'TO CITY HALL'HEAT PUMP
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah has incurred expenses for the repair of
the heat"pump at City Hall.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized to pay
BorgWArner -Air Conditioning the ,sum of $2,930.43 for repairs to the City -Hall
heating and cooling system.
SECTION 2. This expenditure should be charged to Account Number
10-500-160-232.
SECTION 3. These emergency repairs have been made, and in order to
expedite payment of this account, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and
this ordinance shall be effective immediately upon passage with one reading.
