HomeMy WebLinkAbout85-3-2666301 - ORDINANCE NO. 85-3-2666 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF TODD CORPORATION FOR FURNISHING THE CITY OF PADUCAH WITH UNIFORMS FOR EMPLOYEES IN VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE -CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of TODD CORPORATION for furnishing the City with uniforms for employees in the various departments, for a term of two (2) years; said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications and advertisement for bids as was authorized by Municipal Order passed by the Board of Com- missioners on February 12, 1985, and as contained in the bid of Todd Corporation dated February 25, 1985, at the following flat rate prices: Uniforms Per Employee Per Cycle Per Week 11 $4.50 7 3.60 5 2.70 2 1.80 SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with Todd Corporation for furnishing the City with uniforms as authorized in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid. SECTION 3. The payment for said uniform service shall be charged to the Uniform account number of the departments using such service. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
