ORDINANCE NO. 85-3-2660
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING. SUB -SECTION (a) OF SECTION 2-47, "NONCIVIL SERVICE GENERALLY"
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE -CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION. 1. That Sub -section (a) of Section 2-47 "Nonc.ivil Service Employees Gener-
ally", of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained so
that same as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Section 2-47.. Noncivil service employees generally.
(a) The monthly or hourly rate of compensation of the following noncivil service
employees of the City of Paducah shall be the amount set opposite the designation of such
employment, upon satisfactory completion of consecutive years of service in this position, and
upon recommendation.of the City Manager:

SECTION 2. In order for this salary to be effective March 4, 1985, an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be effective upon
its passage with one reading.
