ORDINANCE NO. 85-2-2656
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A CANON 150 COPIER FROM McKEOWN
OFFICE EQUIPMENT, TO BE USED BY THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to enter into a contract with
McKeown Office Equipment to purchase one Canon 150 Copier for the sum of $2,698.00,
under State Contract No. 08380985.
SECTION 2. The City Treasurer is authorized to pay to McKeown Office
Equipment the sum of $2,698.00 for the purchase of said equipment.
SECTION 3. Account No. 10-500-210-503
shall be charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
