AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE QUOTATION OF INTERNATIONAL, SALT
ANY FOR 600 TONS OF ROCK SALT
WHEREAS, non-competitive bidding is being instituted and this
i notation is being accepted due to the lack of other potential bidders -

VVV BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF_PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah authorize the purchase
from International Salt Company of up to 600 tons of rock salt at a
rice of $33.00 per ton, F.O.B. Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. The purchase price for said salt shall be charged
o Account No. 10-500-330-312.
SECTION 3. Due to the City's immediate need for salt, an
mergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall become
ffective immediately after one reading.
