AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH ALLEN AND
KLEET AND ASSOCIATES TO PERFORM THE ANNUAL AUDIT OF THE RECORDS -OF THE ELECTRIC PLANT
BOARD
WHEREAS, on December 12, 1984, the Electric Plant Board adopted a
resolution authorizing the City to enter into a contract with Allen and Kleet and
Associates to perform the annual audit of the records of the Electric Plant Board.
SECTION 1. .That the Mayor be authorized to :enter into a contract with
Allen and Kleet'and'Associates to perform the annual audit of the Electric Plant
Board.
SECTION 2. This audit will will cover the records for the period from July
1, 1984, to June 30, 1985.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be
effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
