ORDINANCE NO. 85-1-2631
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY MIDWEST CORPORATION THE
SUM OF $4,219.81 FOR TELEVISION EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah has purchased television equipment for the
operation of Channel 11.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized to pay Midwest
Corporation the sum of -$4,219.81 for television equipment as follows:
Panasonic VHS recorder
Panasonic 5" color monitor
Panasonic portable VHS recorder
Panasonic battery charger
Panasonic battery
- CPS intercom
SVC 650W light
BOG tripod w/fluid head
MMM VHS video cassette
SECTION 2, This expenditure should be charged to Account Number
10-500-990-514.
SECTION 3. This equipment has been received-, and in order to,expedite
payment of this account, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance
shall be effective immediately upon passage with one reading.
