ORDINANCE NO. 86-12-2956
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY BELTLINE ELECTRIC
COMPANY, INC. THE AMOUNT OF $4,316.14 FOR ELECTRICAL WIRING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City 'Treasurer be authorized to pay Beltline Electric
Company, Inc. the amount of $4,316.14 for electrical wiring in City Hall and at
Riverfront Park.
SECTION 2. The purchase price for said electrical wiring shall be assigned
Account Numbers at the discretion of the City Manager.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon publication in full.
