ORDINANCE NO. 86-12-2955
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE ELECTRIC
PLANT BOARD OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, D/B/A PADUCAH POWER SYSTEM, FOR ATHLETIC FIELD
LIGHTING
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah is establishing an athletic field at Noble Park
known as the Bantam Field, and has requested Paducah Power System to furnish lighting
for said field; and
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah and Paducah Power System wish to enter into a
contract to make lighting available for this facility.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with the
Electric Plant Board of the City of Paducah, d/b/a Paducah Power System, to furnish
lighting for the Bantam Field at Noble Park.
SECTION 2. This contract is attached hereto and incorporated by reference
as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon publication in full.
