ORDINANCE NO. 86-12-2948
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO REED CRUSHED STONE COMPANY,"INC., OF
$5.80 PER TON FOR APPROXIMATELY 700 TONS OF LIMESTONE FOR THE LANDFILL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized to pay Reed Crushed Stone
Company, Inc. the amount of $5.80 per ton for approximately 700 tons of limestone for
the landfill.
SECTION 2. This purchase is being made in accordance with contract executed
between Reed Crushed Stone Company, Inc. and the City of Paducah, dated June 20, 1986.
SECTION 3. This purchase shall be charged to Account No. 10-500-420-710.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
