ORDINANCE NO. 86-12-2947
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE INTERLOCAL COOPERATION
AGREEMENT FOR ADMINISTRATION OF SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah and McCracken County, Kentucky, entered into
an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Administration of Section 8 Existing Housing
Program on October 14, 1982; and

SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to execute an Interlocal
Cooperation Agreement with McCracken County for administration of Section 8 Existing
Housing Program.
SECTION 2. This agreement is attached hereto and incorporated by reference
herein as if set out in full.
SECTION 3. In order to implement this agreement as rapidly as possible, an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance will become effective with
one reading.
