AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A SEWER SERVICE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 2 OF McCRACKEN COUNTY, KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Sanitation District No. 2 desires to transport to the City raw
wastewater for the purpose of treatment; and
WHEREAS, the City and Sanitation District No. 2 have reached an agreement for
this service.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a Sewer Service Agreement
between the City of Paducah and Sanitation District No. 2 of McCracken County,
Kentucky.
SECTION 2. This Sewer Service Agreement is attached hereto and incorporated
herein as if set out in full.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon publication in full.
