ORDINANCE NO. 86-11-2941
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT WITH
CLYDE LOVE, d/b/a McDONALD'S
WHEREAS, Clyde Love, d/b/a McDonald's has opened a restaurant located at 224
Lone Oak Road, and
WHEREAS, this location does not provide sufficient dining space for employees
and customers, and
WHEREAS, Clyde Love, d/b/a McDonald's has requested from the City of Paducah
permission to use a 150 foot strip of land designated as a street reservation for a picnic
grove.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to enter into an encroachment agreement
with Clyde Love, d/b/a McDonald's to use a 150 foot strip of right-of-way directly in back
of Lots 13 and 14 of Phillips Park Subdivision, and the right-of-way of Petter Avenue
between Lone Oak Road and right-of-way in back of Lots 13 and 14, Phillips Park Sub-
division, adjacent to their restaurant, for use as a picnic grove.
SECTION 2. Said agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof, as if
fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be
effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
