ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $6.,000.00 TO YORK INTERNATIONAL
CORPORATION FOR REPAIRS TO COMPRESSOR FOR CITY HALL HEAT'PUMP
WHEREAS, York International Corporation is the sole supplier in this area
for parts for this equipment.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized to pay to York
International Corporation the sum of $6,000.00 for repairs to high stage compressor
for City Hall heat pump.
SECTION 2. That Account No. 10-500-160-232 shall be charged with the
aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon publication in full.
