ORDINANCE NO. 86 -11 -293 -2 -
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF UP TO $9,000.00 TO KENTUCKY
MACHINERY, INC., FOR PARTS TO REPAIR CATERPILLAR 977 LOADER FOR THE LANDFILL
WHEREAS, due to the necessity for having these repairs made, the bidding
procedure has been waived and quotations have been received.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized to pay to Kentucky
Machinery, Inc. the sum of $7,234.78 for undercarriage parts to repair a Caterpillar
977 loader for the Landfill.
SECTION 2. That Account No. 10-500-420-309 shall be charged with the
aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon publication in full.
