ORDINANCE NO. 86-10-2917
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT
WITH ROY.TRIMBLE, D/B/A CASTLE IN THE COBB, LOCATED AT SIXTH AND BROADWAY
WHEREAS, Roy Trimble. is the owner of a business known as Castle in the
Cobb, located at Sixth and Broadway; and
WHEREAS, Roy Trimble has requested from the City of Paducah permission to
use a portion of land which is designated as an alley for the placement of two
compressors behind the Irvin Cobb Building.
WHEREAS, these compressors will be placed in the alley between existing
exhaust systems.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to enter into an Encroachment
Agreement with Roy Trimble, d/b/a Castle in the Cobb, for the location of two
compressors in the alley behind the Irvin Cobb Building.
SECTION 2. Said agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if
fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
