ORDINANCE NO. 86-10-241-4
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF COMPUTER SOFTWARE FOR IBM AT -MODEL 339
SYSTEM IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,435.00 FROM TENMAST SOFTWARE COMPANY, FOR USE BY THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE
WHEREAS, Tenmast Software Company has developed this equipment especially for the
Section 8 Program and is the only source in this area with this equipment available; and
WHEREAS, non-competitive negotiations are being implemented and the Mayor is
authorized to enter into a contract with Tenmast Software Company for the purchase of computer
software, training and maintenance for IBM AT -Model 339 System.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with Tenmast Software
Company in the amount of $3,435.00, for computer software, training and maintenance for IBM
AT -Model 339 System, for use by the Community Development Department.
SECTION 2. The purchase price for said equipment shall be charged to Account No.
2210.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective
upon publication of title and a certified summary therof.
