ORDINANCE NO. 86-10-29
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE .OF ONE IBM AT -MODEL 339 SYSTEM AND
ACCOMPANYING.EQUIPMENT FROM COMPUTER EMPORIUM, INC., FOR USE BY THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, FOR THE SUM OF $4,897.55, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah is authorized to purchase this equipment under
State Contract Number 087-01-53.
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with Computer
Emporium, Inc. in the amount of $4,897.55, for the.purchase of one IBM AT -Model 339
System and accompanying equipment, for use by the Community Development Department.
No. 2210.
SECTION 2. The purchase price for said equipment shall be charged to Account
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be
effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
