AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-4 (a), "POLICE", OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
SECTION 1. That Section 25-4(a), "Manuals of department,.qualification and hiring
procedures adopted", be amended and reordained so that said section -shall -read as follows:
"Sec. 25-4. Manuals of department, qualification and hiring procedures adopted.
(a) Department manuals. The following manuals of the police department of
Paducah, Kentucky, copies of which have been placed on file with the city clerk,
shall be a part of this Code to the same extent as if copied herein at length:
(1) Manual of Rules and Procedures of the Police
Department of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, 4ated

SECTION 2. In order to implement this policy as rapidly as possible, an emergency
is declared to exist and this ordinance will be become effective with one reading.
