ORDINANCE NO. 86-9--2901
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $3,792.00 TO LINDBLAD & FRAZIER,
INC., FOR INSTALLATION OF NEW COMPRESSOR AT CIVIC CENTER
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That City Treasurer be authorized to pay to Lindblad & Frazier,
Inc. the sum of $3,792.00 for the installation of a new compressor at the Jaycee Civic
Center.
SECTION 2. That Account No. 10-500-150-494 shall be charged with the
aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. In order to have the Civic Center air conditioner in operation
for use at this time, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance will
become effective with one reading.
