ORDINANCE NO. 86 -9 -2'992 -
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $2,683.50 TO UNIVERSAL TIRE COMPANY,
FOR PURCHASE OF ONE TIRE FOR LANDFILL SCRAPER
BE IT ORDAINED BY:THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That City Treasurer be authorized to pay to Universal Tire
Company the sum of $2,683.50 for the purchase of one tire for Landfill scraper.
SECTION 2. That Account No. 10-500-420-324 shall be charged with the
aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. In order to use this vehicle on the landfill, an emergency is
hereby declared to exist and this ordinance will become effective with one reading.
