That City Treasurer be authorized to pay to IBEW Local Union 816 the sum of $2,600.00 for the purchase of 200 1987 National Electrical Code Books. SECTION 2. That Account No. 10-500-240-302 shall be charged with the aforesaid expenditure. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon publication in full.
