Home My WebLink About86-7-2892633 ORDINANCE NO. 86-7-2892 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH PADUCAH COMMUNITY COLLEGE TO OPERATE GOVERNMENTAL ACCESS CHANNEL 11 FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH WHEREAS, the City of Paducah and Paducah Community College have reached an agreement for Paducah Community College to operate Governmental Access Channel 11 for the City of Paducah. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to enter into an agreement with Paducah Community College to operate Governmental Access Channel 11 for the City of Paducah. This agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set out in full. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon publication in full.
