That City Treasurer be authorized to pay to Paul Duncan the sum of $6,707.12 for labor and materials for the Emergency Communicaton Service facilities. SECTION 2. That Account No. 25-500-215-227 shall be charged with the aforesaid expenditure. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon publication in full.
