Home My WebLink About86-7-2877613 ORDINANCE NO. 86-7-2877 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE NEGOTIATED PROPOSAL OF, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH, LAKE PAVING COMPANY, IN THE AMOUNT OF $109,235.77, TO CONSTRUCT THE RAYMOND C. SCHULTZ PARK ROAD PROJECT IN TOTAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS PREPARED BY SIMMONS ENGINEERING WHEREAS, this contract is being negotiated as opposed to sealed bids being taken because Lake Paving Company is donating sixty percent of the value of this project, which is $266,939.02, in tribute to former Judge/Executive Raymond C. Schultz. SECTION 1. That the Mayor is authorized to enter into a contract with Lake Paving Company in the amount of $109,235.77, for construction of the Raymond C. Schultz Park Road project. SECTION 2. That Account No. 10-500-615-354 shall be charged with the aforesaid expenditure. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon publication in full.
