ORDINANCE NO. 86-6-2867
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $224,057.00 FOR THE PADUCAH
RIVER RAIL EXTENSION PROJECT
SECTION 1. The Mayor and all other City employees are hereby authorized to
execute any and all documents necessary to execute and carry out the terms of this
Agreement.
SECTION 2. This Agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if
set out in full.
SECTION 3. In order to process this grant application as rapidly as
possible and to expedite this project, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and
this ordinance will become effective with one reading.
