ORDINANCE NO. 86-6-2865
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $7,000.00 TO McKEEL EQUIPMENT
COMPANY, INC., FOR PARTS TO REPAIR AN 1150B CASE TRACK LOADER FOR THE STREET
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, McKeel Equiment Company, Inc. is the only supplier in this area
for these parts; and
WHEREAS, non-competitive negotiations are being implemented and the City
Treasurer is authorized to pay McKeel Equipment Company, Inc. for parts to repair
this equipment.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized to pay to McKeel
Equipment Company, Inc. the sum of $7,000.00 for parts to repair an 1150B Case track
loader for the Street Department.
SECTION 2. That Account No. 10-500-330-322 shall be charged with the
aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon publication in full.
