AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE CHANGE
ORDER NO. 1 IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,018.24 WITH GENE GRIEF AND SONS, INC. FOR NOBLE PARK
SHOP ROOF REPLACEMENT
WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with Gene Grief and Sons, Inc.
for Noble Park shop roof replacement; and
contract.
WHEREAS, a Change Order to said contract is required to amend the amount of
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to enter
into Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $1,018.24 with Gene Grief and Sons, Inc. for
Noble Park shop roof replacement. This Change Order is attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if set out in full.
SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with Gene Grief and Sons, Inc. is
amended to $19,698.24.
SECTION 3. The aforesaid expenditure shall be charged to Account Number
20-500-610-525.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon publication of title a certified summary therof.
