ORDINANCE NO. 86-6-2861
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-52 "ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE ADMINISTRATOR" OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-52 "Alcoholic Beverage Administrator" of the Code of
Ordinances be amended and reordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall
hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 2-52. Alcoholic Beverage Administrator.
(a) The person appointed as the city alcoholic beverage administrator for the City
of Paducah shall be paid at the following listed rates upon satisfactory completion of
consecutive years of service, in this position, and upon recommendation of the City Manager:

SECTION 2. In order for this raise to be effective July 1, 1986, an emergency is
hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be effective upon its passage with one
reading.
