ORDINANCE NO. 86-6-285.9
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY THE AMOUNT OF $2,700.00 TO
WESTERN KENTUCKY SPRINKLER COMPANY, INC., FOR INSTALLATION OF SPRINKLER .SYSTEMS IN THE
CITY HALL COMMUNICATIONS CENTER AND ELEVATOR ROOM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That City Treasurer be authorized to pay to Western Kentucky
Sprinkler Company, Inc. the sum of $2,700..,00 for installation of sprinkler systems in
the City Hall Communications Center and elevator room.
SECTION 2. That Account No. 25-500-215-227 shall be charged with the amount
of $2,400.00 and Account No. 10-500-150-494 shall be charged with the amount of $300.00.
SECTION 3. - This ordinance will be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon publication in full.
