A RESOLUTION RENAMING CITY PLAZA DOLLY McNUTT PLAZA
WHEREAS, The Honorable Alice (Dolly) McNutt has, over the past 18 years, served the
City of Paducah and the Commonwealth of Kentucky with distinction and honor as a City
Commissioner, Mayor of Paducah, and as a state legislator; and
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah desires to recognize her years of valuable service and
her many contributions to_the welfare of the people of this City and this great Commonwealth
of Kentucky; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Commissioners wish to formally recognize her many
contributions.
_ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
That the Park Plaza, formerly known as the City Plaza, is hereby renamed DOLLY
McNUTT PLAZA.
This Resolution was adopted on the 13th day of May, 1986.
