ORDINANCE NO. 86-4-2827
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A SERVICE APPLICATION BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH
AND SOUTH CENTRAL BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY FOR ENHANCED UNIVERSAL EMERGENCY NUMBER
\, SERVICE (E-911)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah has applied for Enhanced Universal
Emergency Number Service (E911) under the tariff of the South Central Bell Telephone
Company.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be authorized to execute a Service
Application with South Central Bell Telephone Company for Enhanced Universal
Emergency Number Service (E-911).
SECTION 3. A copy of the aforesaid Service Application is attached hereto
and incorporated herein as if set out in full.
SECTION 4. The City Manager shall be empowered to sign service orders as
may be required during the implementational stage of the E911 system.
SECTION 5. This ordinance will be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon publication in full.
