ORDINANCE NO. 86-4-2826
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH MOTOROLA
COMMUNICATIONS & ELECTRONICS, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $115,713.20 FOR THE PURCHASE OF
E911 EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, this purchase is being made in accordance with Sec. 26-21(i) of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to purchase from Motorola
Communications & Electronics, Inc., three (3) Centra Com Series -2 Electronic Radio
Consoles and one (1) Dictaphone 20 -Channel Recorder for the total amount of
$115,713.20.
SECTION 2. The purchase price for this equipment shall be charged to Paducah -
McCracken County Emergency Communication Services.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon publication in full.
