ORDINANCE NO. 86-4-2816
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE
RESTORATION BOOK SHOP TO TRANSPORT AND MICROFILM CITY ENGINEERING RECORDS
WHEREAS, ,the City of Paducah has received a grant from the Kentucky
Department of Archives to microfilm City Engineering records; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that these records be transported to
Louisville, Kentucky, for microfilming.
BE IT ORDAINED BY .THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is authorized to.execute a contract.with
The Restoration Book -Shop to transport City Engineering books to Louisville,
Kentucky, for microfilming.
SECTION 2. This agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof
as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No.
10-500-150-494.
SECTION 4. In order to have this microfilming done as quickly as
possible, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance will
become effective with one reading.
