ORDINANCE NO. 86-3-2813
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $2,763.64 TO MUNICIPAL EQUIPMENT,
INC., FOR REAR LOAD DUMP UNIT, SWING -AWAY KIT AND MISCELLANEOUS HARDWARE FOR THE REFUSE
DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That City Treasurer be authorized to pay to Municipal Equipment,
Inc. the sum of $2,763.64 for rear load dump unit, swing -away kit and miscellaneous
hardware for the Refuse Department.
SECTION 2. That Account No. 20-500-420-514 shall be charged with the
aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. An emergency is hereby declared to exist since this equipment
has been received, and this ordinance will become effective with one reading.
