That the Mayor be authorized to execute a Release of Utility Easement for property located at 24th & Ohio Streets, owned by George Koch Sons, Inc. SECTION 2. This Release is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set out in full. SECTION 3. In order to expedite the development of this property, an emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall become effective with one reading.
