AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 86-2-2797
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 86-2-2797 is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Morrow Microfilm in the amount
of approximately $4784--8A 5,495.00, plus freight, for one microfilm reader/printer
and accompanying equipment to be used in the Engineering Department, said bid being
in substantial compliance with the bid specifications and advertisement for bids as
was authorized by Municipal Order passed by the Board of Commissioners on November
26, 1985, and as contained in the bid of Morrow Microfilm of December 18, 1985."
SECTION 2. All other sections of this ordinance shall remain in full force
and effect.
SECTION 3. Due to the delay in processing subsequent to bids being
received, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this.ordinance shall become
effective immediately upon passage with one reading.
