ORDINANCE NO. 85-2-2796
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $4,435.00 TO JASPER TRANSMISSION FOR TWO
TRUCK TRANSMISSIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That City Treasurer be authorized to pay to Jasper Transmission the sum
of $4,435.00 for two truck transmissions.
SECTION 2. That equal amounts shall be charged to Account No. 10-500-420-322 and
Account No. 10-500-330-322 for the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon publication in full.
