ORDINANCE NO. 86-1-2795
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
SOUTHSIDE KIWANIS''CLUB FOR ASSISTANCE TO THE PADUCAH AREA YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to execute an Agreement with the
Southside Kiwanis Club for assistance to the Paducah Area Youth Soccer Association.
SECTION 2. This letter of agreement is attached hereto and incorporated
herein as if set out in full.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon publication in full.
