ORDINANCE NO. 86-1-2794
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LEASE FOR THE MARKET HOUSE
BUILDING WITH THE CIVIC BEAUTIFICATION BOARD OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to enter into a Lease with the Civic
Beautification Board of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for lease of the Market House
Building, for the sum of $1.00 per year, for a term of five years. Said Lease is
attached hereto and made a part hereof, as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on -two separate days and will be
effective upon publication in full.
