ORDINANCE NO. 86-1-2791
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH SIMMONS
ENGINEERING, INC. FOR RIVERFRONT PARK ENGINEERING CONTRACT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to enter into a contract with Simmons
Engineering Inc. for engineering services pursuant to making site improvements to the
River Front Park site.
- -SEGT.ION 2. This contract is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if set
out in full.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance is subject to a like Ordinance being adopted by
McCracken County, Kentucky.
SECTION 4. The aforesaid expenditure shall be paid from the account for the
Riverfront Road Development (State of Kentucky Grant Fund).
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be
effective upon publication in full.
