That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 85-12-2771 is hereby amended to read as follows: "That City Treasurer be authorized to pay to Whayne Supply Company the approximate sum of $83698..-99 $9,318.85 for repairs to 977L Caterpillar for the Refuse Department." SECTION 2. All other sections of this ordinance shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 3. In order to expedite payment of this amount, this ordinance shall become effective immediately with one reading.
