ORDINANCE NO. 86-1-2784
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO APPROVE A LEASE BETWEEN THE CIVIC
BEAUTIFICATION BOARD OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,,AND THE WILLIAM CL -ARK -MARKET
HOUSE MUSEUM, INC.,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to approve a Lease between the
Civic Beautification Board of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and the William Clark
Market House Museum, Inc., for lease of a portion of the Market House building, -'for
a rental of One Dollar ($1.00) per year; said lease is attached hereto and made a
part hereof, as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be
effective upon publication in full.
