AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO GRANT AGREEMENT
FOR PROJECT NO. 8-21-0043-03 BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND.THE CITY OF PADUCAH
AND COUNTY OF McCRACKEN, KENTUCKY
try BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That said City of Paducah, Kentucky, hereby authorizes the Mayor to
execute Amendment No. 1 to Grant Agreement for Project No. 8-21-0043-03 between the
Federal Aviation Administration on behalf of the United States of America and City of
Paducah and County of McCracken, Kentucky, for Barkley Field Airport improvements.
SECTION 3. That Amendment No. 1 to Grant Agreement hereinabove referred to is
attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully copied herein.
SECTION 5. In order to meet a requirement to execute this amendment by January
24, 1986, an emergency in hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall become
effective immediately upon its passage with one reading.
