Contract
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber in the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 5:00 p.m. on April 30, 1971, Mayor
Cherry presided and -upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Fisher, Harvey, Hornsby, Puryear and Mayor Cherry (5).
Mayor Cherry offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Fisher, that the
executed copy of an Agreement by the Mayor and Commissioners for a Special Meeting
of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, to be held on April 30, 1971
at 5:00 p.m., be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas,
Commissioners Fisher, Harkey, Hornsby, Puryear and Mayor Cherry (5).
Commissioner Fisher offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Harvey, that an
ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN ADDENDUM
FOR WAGE RATES TO THE CONTRACT EXECUTED ON MAY 10, 1970, between the City of
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND THE AMERICAN FEDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL
EMPLOYEES AFL-CIO LOCAL 1586", be adopted. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas,
Commissioners Fisher, Harvey, Hornsby, Puryear and Mayor Cherry (5).
On motion the meeting adjourned.
