At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held at the Quilt Museum at 8:00
a.m., Friday, February 6, 2003, Mayor Paxton presided, and upon call of the roll by the
City Clerk, the following answered to their names: Commissioners Coleman, Guess,
Montgomery, Smith and Mayor Paxton (5).
MOTION
R & F NOTICES
Commissioner Montgomery offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Smith, that the
Notices of Called Meeting for the Board of Commissioners for 8:00 a.m., Friday,
February 6, 2004, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Guess, Montgomery, Smith
and Mayor Paxton (5).
This meeting was held for a Commission Advance Session conducted by Comm.
Montgomery and Bob Freudenthal, Public Works Director. A copy of the agenda is
contained in the Minute file.
The meeting adjourned approximately at 5:00 p.m. on February 6, 2004.
