At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held in the Commission Chambers
at City Hall from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 9, 2004, Mayor Paxton
presided, and upon call of the roll by the City Clerk, the following answered to their
names: Commissioners Guess, Montgomery, Smith and Mayor Paxton (4).
Commissioner Coleman was out of town (1).
MOTION
R & F NOTICES
Commissioner Smith offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Montgomery, that the
Notices of Called Meeting for the Board of Commissioners for 5:00 p.m., Tuesday,
March 9, 2004, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Guess, Montgomery, Smith and Mayor
Paxton (4).
This meeting was held for discussion of the 20 Year Vision Summary and the 2004
Update for Objectives, Priorities and Goals for the City conducted by Bob Freudenthal,
Public Works Director.
The meeting adjourned approximately at 5:45 p.m.
