At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber
in the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 5:O0 p.m. on August 31, 1972, Mayor McNutt
presided and upon call of the Roll the following answd!red to their names> Commissioners'
Harvey, H9rnsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5).
Mayor McNutt offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the executed
copies of the Notice -of Called Meeting to be held at 5 o'clock p.m. on August 31, 1972,
be received and filed.. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Harvey, Hor
Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5).
Mayor McNutt offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the reports
of the Paducah Planning Commission setting forth its reasons for recommending the
rezoning of the following property, be received and filed:
Property located on the southeast corner of 9th and Boyd Streets
Property located on the northeast corner of Husbands and South 12th Streets
Property located on the south side of Jefferson Street 100 feet west of 13th Street
Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and
Mayor McNutt (5) .
Mayor McNutt offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the reports
of the Paducah Planning Commission setting forth its reasons for not recommending the
rezoning of the following property, be received and filed:
Property located at the northeast corner of l8th and Jefferson Streets
Property located between Broadway and Jefferson Street, east of 30th Street.
Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and
Mayor McNutt (5) .
Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Harvey, that an
ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING
COMMISSION RESPECTING THE REZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF JEFFERSON
STREET 100 FEET WEST OF 1391H STREET, AND AMENDING THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE -1971
SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZONING", be adopted. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas,
Commissioners Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5).
Commissioner Puryear offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Lambert, that an
ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING
COMMISSION RESPECTING THE REZONING OF PROPERTY ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF 9TH AND BOYD
STREETS, AND AMENDING THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE -1971 SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZONING",
be adopted. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert,
Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5) .
