At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber
in the CityHall;- Paducah, Kentucky, at 4:00 P.M. on June 9, 1972 Mayor-McNutt-
presided
ayor McNutt -presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names -:-
Commissioners Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and .Mayor McNutt (5).
Mayor McNutt -offered motion,'seconded by Commissioner Hornsby,- that the
executed copies of the`Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 4 o'clock�p.m. on
June '9, 1972,. be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll,`Yeas,
Commissioners Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt (5).
Mayor McNutt offered -motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, -'that a resolution
entitled "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A'GRANT AGREEMENT WITH -THE
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT FOR PROJECT NO.- "WS -KY -6'9 FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF WATER LINES IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH", be adopted. Adopted on call of the Roll,
Yeas, -Commissioners Harvey, Hornsby, Lambert, Puryear and Mayor McNutt -'(-5`) .
On motion the meeting adjourned.
