Mayor McNutt offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the reading of the Minutes for March 28 and April 4, 1972, be waived and that the Minutes of said in Parks meeting prepared by the City Clerk be approved as written. Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Harvey, that the letter of Allen and Associates, dated April 4, 1972, agreeing to make an audit of all accounts of the City of Paducah for the year 1972 for the sum of $5000.00, be received and filed. Thomas, City Manager, for the period from January 1, 1972 through December 31, 1972, and I further move that copies of the budget, which have been printed, be made available for distribution, and that a public hearing on said=budget be held at -the meeting of the Board of Commissioners. to be held at 5:00 p.m, on April.18, 1972.
